Wait Time Policy

We understand your day doesn’t always go according to plan. That’s why we created a wait time policy with an industry-leading grace period. Your grace period is determined by your pick-up location and starts at your scheduled pick-up time. If your grace period finishes and you have not arrived, you’re charged $1/minute in wait time fees. This fee goes towards paying a driver who has missed out on revenue because of the late cancellation.

Airport Pickups: There is a 30 minute time allowance on Domestic flight arrivals and a 1 hour time allowance on International flight arrivals from the time the flight lands. After the time allowance wait time will be billed in 30 minute increments and will vary based on the hourly rate of the specific vehicle. The additional parking and airport fees will be added in addition.

Seaport Pickups: There is a 45 minute time allowance from the scheduled pickup time at the port. After the time allowance wait time will be billed in 30 minute increments and will vary based on the hourly rate of the specific vehicle. The additional parking and airport fees will be added as well.
